Preliminary Task: Location

In our group, we discussed all the different locations we could use for our preliminary task. 

The Library:
One of the locations we thought we could use was the library. We decided not to use this location for filming because the lighting was too dark and we were not sure whether it would be available for us to film without interruptions. 

The Common Room: 
The next location we thought we could film at was the common room. We though of this because the characters in the preliminary task are both sixth former's and the common room is where you would expect to see a sixth former. However, we decided not to go with this location because the common room is often busy and loud and it wouldn't be appropriate for filming. 

The Canteen: 
The final place we decided to film is the canteen. We chose this location because this space is normally empty in lesson time, so we would have no interruptions. So this is the location we chose to film in for our preliminary task.
